HOW TO ORDER

  • Register on login page by entering details like Full Name, Official email id and Password (Employees to login only through official email id)
  • Welcome mailer along with the verification link will be sent to employee
  • Click on the verification link and login to the website
  • Search as per categories listed on website or view all the products by browsing through the entire range
  • Click on “Add to Cart” if you like to place an order
  • Click on checkout page
  • Add details or check your order details in account dashboard
  • Fill in the details and make payment using ICICI Bank Credit/Debit Card or Netbanking
  • An Order Id is generated once the transaction is successful
  • An order confirmation email and sms will be sent to the employee’s office email ID and mobile number registered with ICICI Bank Brand Store
  • Email and SMS confirmation will be sent once the order is shipped
  • Post-delivery of products, the employee will receive an email and sms notification
